Order acceptance
A person must confirm the available product, timing, tax, any fulfilment charge and payment requirements. The order becomes binding only when the stated acceptance and payment steps are completed.
Prices
Displayed product prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable tax and any customer-approved delivery or shipping charge are additional unless the written confirmation says otherwise.
Delivery and shipping
Pickup, courier delivery and carrier shipping are available only when confirmed for the specific order. Same-day local delivery depends on ready stock and a confirmed courier route. Canada-wide bouquet shipping follows the agreed carrier schedule. A chatbot response does not confirm an order, a flat delivery fee or parcel shipping for a vase.
Natural materials
For made-to-order designs: each bouquet is handmade with flowers grown and dried from our garden, using what is available. Flower varieties, colours and arrangement will vary, so your bouquet will not look exactly like the photo. Photos of made-to-order designs are examples. Our One-of-a-Kind pieces are sold as pictured, including the shown vase. An included vase may also vary with confirmed stock. The team will explain a material change before accepting a custom request.
Care and safety
Keep dried botanicals dry and away from direct flame, burners, heaters, strong sun, pets and small children. Handle the vase or tied stems rather than delicate flower heads.
