When you send an order request or message Flor, you may provide your name, email, phone number, product choices, postal code, delivery details and message. Nero’s uses this information to respond, review the request and manage an accepted order.
Flor
Flor is an AI assistant and order-support system. Chat messages and submitted requests may be processed and stored so the team can review the conversation and follow up. Do not enter payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive information in chat.
Browser storage
The bouquet bag and Flor session use browser storage so selections and session details can remain on your device. Order details are sent when you submit the form or message Flor.
Service providers
Information may be handled by providers needed for website hosting, communication, payment or accepted-order fulfilment. The details shared should be limited to what is needed for that purpose.
