Pickup may be arranged at Nero’s Garden Stand — Five Corners, Murrayville, Langley, BC. Wait for the confirmed time and instructions before travelling.
Courier delivery
A courier route may be offered after the arrangement, full address, date and handoff details are reviewed. The customer approves the quoted charge before a driver is booked.
Carrier shipping
We offer Canada-wide shipping for wrapped dried bouquets, with the destination, packaging and rate confirmed before payment. One-of-a-Kind vase pieces can be shipped by Canada Post after the packed size, destination and rate are confirmed. Other vase arrangements are assessed individually. Any carrier estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival time.
Natural variation
For made-to-order designs: each bouquet is handmade with flowers grown and dried from our garden, using what is available. Flower varieties, colours and arrangement will vary, so your bouquet will not look exactly like the photo. Photos of made-to-order designs are examples. Our One-of-a-Kind pieces are sold as pictured, including the shown vase.
Damage or an incorrect item
Contact kazi@cansoft.com or (780) 860-6045 promptly. Keep the product and packaging and send clear photographs so the team can review what happened and explain the available remedy.
Cancellations and returns
Because availability and custom work vary, the applicable cancellation or return terms are confirmed before payment. Do not mail or courier anything back without written instructions from the team.
