Lower Mainland courier
Same-day Uber courier may be offered after the arrangement is ready. The customer pays the quoted delivery charge. Timing depends on the destination, cutoff time and driver availability.
Canada-wide shipping
We buy the label and arrange carrier pickup. The customer pays the confirmed carrier rate. A carrier name, service and estimated transit time are provided before payment; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Protective vase packaging
Ceramic-vase arrangements ship only when the chosen vessel and pack have passed our handling check. If a safe option is not available, we will offer a vase-free version or cancel the request before payment.
Natural variation
Every arrangement varies slightly in stem shape, colour and placement. A difference from the product photograph is not a defect when the promised size, palette and fullness are maintained.
Damage in transit
Small shedding is normal. If an arrangement arrives materially damaged, photograph the unopened outer box, shipping label, internal packaging and product within 24 hours and email orders@driedflower.ca. Keep all packaging while we review a carrier claim, replacement or refund.
Returns
Made-to-order and custom dried flower products are final sale unless damaged or incorrect. Non-custom, unused items may be considered for return when arranged in advance; return shipping and safe packaging remain the buyer's responsibility.
